Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Delivery times. Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days from the day your order ships. We would rather tell you the honest number than a pretty one.

Tracking. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at info@tryunfrozen.com and we will make it right.

Address changes. We can update your shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we send a replacement or refund you, your choice. A photo of any damage helps us fix it faster.
