Refund Policy: The 90-Day Real-Progress Guarantee

The promise. A frozen shoulder does not change overnight, so our guarantee runs a full 90 days. If you do not see real progress within 90 days of delivery, we refund you in full.

How it works. Email info@tryunfrozen.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. We reply with the return address. Send your Unfrozen Reach back with tracking, and as soon as it arrives we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days. No form to fill out, no questions. You only cover the return shipping, and the two guides are yours to keep.

Fair-use limit. The guarantee covers one refund per customer or household.

Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge until your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has shipped, the 90-day guarantee applies.

Wrong or damaged item. We replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Just send a photo with your order number.
